What counts as an active lease?
A lease is active if it has a commencement date on or before the current date and has not yet expired or been terminated. Expired leases do not count towards your limit.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately and your new plan takes effect straight away. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my lease limit?
You will not be able to create new leases until you either archive existing ones or upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing leases and data are not affected.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
Prices shown are excluding VAT. VAT at the standard UK rate will be added at checkout where applicable.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year at 10 times the monthly rate — equivalent to getting two months free. You can cancel before your renewal date and will not be charged again.
Do you offer a free trial of paid plans?
The Free plan lets you try the core product with up to 3 leases at no cost. We do not currently offer time-limited trials of paid plans, but you can upgrade and cancel at any time.
