Suggested incremental borrowing rates, never auto-applied

The IBR suggestion engine combines a benchmark risk-free curve (SONIA / €STR) with your entity's credit spread to propose a defensible discount rate at the lease commencement date. Each suggestion comes with the inputs, the curve point used, the spread source, and an explanation line: the evidence trail you would have built by hand.

Accept the suggestion in one click or override with documented rationale. The audit trail records whichever you chose, by whom, and when. Professional and Portfolio plans.
