About AuditLease
Lease accounting, ready for the audit file.
Why AuditLease was built
Lease accounting under IFRS 16 and FRS 102 is complex, judgement-intensive, and — for most businesses — still managed in spreadsheets. Those spreadsheets are hard to audit, prone to error, and produce outputs that rarely connect cleanly to the financial statements.
AuditLease was built to fix that. The goal is simple: give businesses and their accountants a reliable, auditable system for lease accounting that produces outputs ready for the audit file — without the risk of a spreadsheet.
UK-first
Most lease accounting software is built for large enterprises applying IFRS 16 internationally. AuditLease is built specifically for the UK market — including the 2026 FRS 102 amendments that affect thousands of UK private companies preparing for a significant change in how they account for leases.
The product is designed with UK accounting firms and their clients in mind: sensible defaults for UK entities, FRS 102 as a first-class standard, and outputs formatted for UK statutory accounts.
Built around the audit
The name AuditLease reflects the core design principle. Every feature is built to produce outputs that can go directly into the audit file — documented judgements, immutable calculation history, statutory note disclosures, and journal entries with a complete audit trail.
We believe that lease accounting software should make audits easier, not harder. If an output from AuditLease cannot be clearly traced, explained, and defended, it should not exist.
